1. Who We Are

Avenir FM Solutions ("we", "our", "us") is the publisher of the Le Hae Student Accommodation SaaS application, available on the Microsoft Azure Marketplace. Our registered contact address is in the Republic of South Africa. You may contact us at tshego.mosidi@avenirza.co.za.

2. Data We Collect

We collect and process the following categories of personal information:

• Account data: name, email address, and role information of subscriber administrators and users
• Subscription data: Microsoft Azure Marketplace subscription identifiers, plan details, and billing status
• Usage data: log data, IP addresses, and application usage patterns generated during use of the service
• Student accommodation data: property, room, and application information entered by subscriber administrators

We do not collect payment card information. Billing is handled entirely by Microsoft through the Azure Marketplace.

3. How We Use Your Data

• To provision and operate your dedicated service instance
• To manage your subscription lifecycle (activation, suspension, cancellation) via the Microsoft Marketplace Fulfillment API
• To communicate service and billing-related information
• To improve service reliability and performance

4. Data Storage and Security

Each subscriber's data is stored in a dedicated, isolated Microsoft Azure database hosted in the Microsoft Azure South Africa North region. Data is not shared between subscriber instances. We apply industry-standard security controls including encryption at rest and in transit.

5. Data Retention

We retain subscriber data for the duration of the active subscription. Following cancellation, data is retained for 30 days to allow for retrieval, then permanently deleted unless legal retention obligations require otherwise.

6. Third-Party Services

The service is hosted on Microsoft Azure. Your subscription purchase and billing are managed by Microsoft Corporation through the Azure Marketplace. Microsoft's privacy practices are governed by the Microsoft Privacy Statement.

7. Your Rights
